The Cadillac Burger starts with a hand-formed 6oz patty of Certified Angus Beef® — never frozen — griddled to order and stacked with tomato, shredded lettuce, fresh onion, and a dill pickle, with your choice of mayo, ketchup, or mustard. It comes with a generous helping of our hand-cut Idahoan fries.
Then you make it yours: thick-cut bacon, Tillamook® cheddar, avocado, sautéed shallots, grilled mushrooms, onion rings, a fried egg — or a second Angus patty when you mean business.
